Hosting Accout Suspened

Um Hi x10hosting, My account was suspended and I was wondering why there is such a low cpu usage that is the max. I am unsatisfied with x10hostings service and I am thinking of switching to another service. i wish tha tmy account be unsuspended and I wish for it to be now.

the rule actually allows you to use 25% of the CPU for a limited period of time. I'd say that's not very low.

Consider the fact that there's a rather large number of accounts on each server, if we didn't limit this in some way, how well do you think the accounts would work?

Do you by any chance have a chat script installed? They are disallowed in TOS due to the fact they are resource intense, so you'd need to disable that if you have one. Other common causes are cache functions, as they tend to use up a lot resource during caching.

we tryed putting one up but it didnt work for us, we just have a regular forum, for gaming, but nothing that violates the TOS, we still have the plugin for the chat thing but its not activated so idk if its interfering with it or idk, im gunna take it off and see if that works, thanks btw

you know what, can i at least get into my admin cp so i can create a backup, im just gunna pack my stuff cuz this is really not what i signed up for, just for like 5 minutes, unsuspend my account...
