Hosting and forum account is gone

when i open my site pinoypsp.x10.bz nothing appears and when im logging in at CPANEL it always says login attempt failed

Your hosting account is on the Absolut server

when i log in to cpanel it alway say "Login Attempt Failed!"

Try this:

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.

but i have more major problem..

my file before in file manager is totally gone.. i dont have any back up.. i need help

does my account affected with the absolut to fris migration??

and is there any way to recover my files..

i need help .... T_T

Problem: All files gone due to the Fris migration.

Will escalate to a Support Ticket. This will close the thread but you can follow your Ticket by clicking the yellow bar at top OR by logging onto your Account Panel.
