my account was blocked due to phishing, how to reactivate it again.

You cannot reactivate a hosting account that was suspended for phishing. This is a violation of the x10Hosting Terms of Service and falls under our Zero Tolerance policy.
Your account will be terminated after a period of two weeks. After it is terminated, you are welcome to sign up for another account provided you host a legal site that conforms with our Terms of Service.
There are no exceptions to this so I am closing this thread.
