Hosting Control Panel - login details not correct

I am able to log on to https://x10hosting.com/panel. After that, when clicking on the button "Hosting Control Panel", I need to logon again. Unfortunately, the site gives error: "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again."

This is quite strange. I a sure I use the proper login information. Is there anybody who knows how to solve this?
