Hosting cPanel and my Email Address

I am no longer able to get to my hosted webpage information to make any changes to my sites.

Also, my email address are no longer working. My site domains are

I am still unsure exactly how to access my FTP content or make any changes on my Email or Website hosting. Both my email addresses for my hosted domains are still not working, what is going on?

I really need someone to help get this resolved for me. I really need access to my email. I am just about going to have to go somewhere else if I cannot get this resolved. Someone please respond with an answer for me, on why my email is no longer working properly.

incoming mail server is setup as: mail.ashleypricesimpson.com
username is: ashley@ashleypricesimpson.com

What is going on, and why does this no longer work.
