That account still exists, though it is suspended for inactivity. Why did you think it was deleted?
That domain also belongs to different forum username. If it belongs to you, then you will have to login with the correct forum username to ask for assistance. If you don't remember the forum username, just login to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, find the attached forum username, and then come back to the forums here and login ASAP.
