I have added the domain before, but then changed it back while the nameservers updated.
Now it wont let me put the domain back as my main domain

Try deleting the request and trying again.

im switching to another webhost which will allow me to add my own domain ^^

The error means that the domain is already registered with another user. I'll escalate your thread.
