Hosting down, ftp up

Dunno why, but I can't get to my website right now on free hosting. rangosof.x10.mx fails to connect, but ftp works. Any idea why?

Same problem can not complete a page load here to mine as well just keeps loading to where it will eventually time out. slower than a snail....This is upsetting.
