Hosting File Upload & General Hosting Account Management Malfunction

Hello, first of all hank you for the free ad-free hosting - too awesome!

The problem: I cannot upload files via any medium to my website, can't create FTP accounts, or even create files. I am aware this is probably a communication problem with the server, but, is this due to some type of maintenance or a server undergoing repairs - or - is this some problem with my account?

It's server-wide at the moment for Lotus in particular; there's ongoing maintainence to resolve this though.

The problem is the disk is full and there's a lot of accounts that need terminating (suspended for 14+ days). Terminating an account isn't particularly fast is the other problem though, so it'll take a bit for it to get back to normal. It is definitely being worked on though, it's just not a fast process and there's not much we can do to make it faster.
