hosting issue

Hello X10 gurus,

I have database in MYSQL but sometime its showing like There are no databases associated with your account .

This is 4 th time i am facing this issue.

my site was down from morning,almost 8 hours

I know you tech guys upgrading and doing maintenance but i fell bad its going down always because of this can you please do something on this.

Note: i can't afford premium hosting for now

I dont get it. If you have no database how can you have a drop down for the correct user to add. I dont have that option.

dude iam able to see the database.
