hosting not working

i had a number of problems trying to register an hosting account because i kept getting a email sent back saying that there was an error then a I after it i think it was the error code or somthing. But finally it worked. But now i got new problems, i cant login to the account i created in Cpanel or on x10hosting, I recived only this email mentioning that it was created sucessfully but it wasnt. And it didnt give me any Cpanel username or password.

This was the email:

Now i tryed to use the username and password which was given to me by this email but it doesnt work.
Can sombody help me.

P.S: another problem was that i didn't choose the Ad free hosting package, i chose the ad one with the corporate option.

ok thanks, can u recreate the account i got now, i plan to transfer it to a domain i will buy today how do i do that.
And Cpanel is not letting me login, i'm using the details that i was sent in the email but it's not working.

i forgot to mention that could you make the hosting account with the most disk space/bandwidth. It doesnt matter what the ad's. And the link your host account thing doesnt seem to work because i type in my username of my forum account and i try website or username for x10 but nothing seems to work and since i have no clue what my Cpanel username and password is i cant even start to use my hosting. Please help
