hi guys. i'm missing a host listing account with the subdomain name of ParentsPlaceLongview, it's still on the web being served on x10 (parentplacelongview.x10hosting.com), i just don't see it listed in the account panel anymore. also, i've had troubles trying to get my purchased domain (network solutions - ParentsPlaceLongview.org) to stick to the hosting - any help? thanks.

Your hosting account with cPanel username "pplace10" and domain "parentsplacelongview.x10hosting.com" exsits and it is linked to forums username "pplace"
Login to Account panel with forums username "pplace" and password. Also remember to login on forums once every month with that forums account.

thanks zubair. i can access the cpanel fine. next issue though is the forum account for pplace is a lost password problem and i don't see a 'forgot password/reset' link. can you help? the email address is shawnmcr@gmail.com the main hosting account username is pplace10. thanks loads.

Follow this to reset your forums password.
Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with email address (the email that you used while signup) and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put current cPanel password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

This is the issue I was talking about in first post - there is no hosting for ParentsPlaceLongview.x10hosting.com listed in the account. Where it went I understand from you is at the pplace forum account; how can I get it back to the pplace10 client account? Thanks for sticking with me here and helping to sort this out.

Escalated to support ticket.
Go to Account Panel https://x10hosting.com/control/ and login with forums username and password. There will can see your newly created ticket. I will post the solution there
