Hosting Problems

Hello,
I am using free hosting plan.
my forum url is: http://www.commulti.co.cc

I am having some problems with it.
It loads too slow so many times and shows an error like this:

Its troubling me a lot.
Can it be solved?

Your forums are appearing fine to me... The speed is also good.
may there is some problem on your side..

Flush your DNS http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16 and Clear your Browser Cache then try again. Also try changing browser..

Thank you for replying. I tried clearing cache...It didn't work.
I was using google chrome then.
Also In mozilla firefox the page loads slower.

May be some problem with your ISP.
Try restarting your router. also wait for some time may be this is a temporary problem..

the problem remains same here.
Its loading slow and sometimes giving that error page.
its a newly created forum. so much administration needed in the board . but this problem is really annoying.
please help anyone!
i am totally clueless.
