Hosting process taking forever!

My account seems to be having trouble processing my hosting space. I have been waiting for it to process for nearly 2 days now. Should it be taking this long? If not, what is the issue?

Yes, sometimes due to large number of signup attempts it may take upto 72 hours. so please have patience and wait for your turn.

Ok, cheers. I have a free hosting account here for a group of friends, and have my own personal account still active and being used. Although, when I did it for my own personal account, it didn't take long at all

as i said before, sometimes it take that long. usually it just take 1 or 2 hours.

Ok, I'm trying now for the 3rd time. It keeps saying that it failed to create hosting space. Shall I just keep trying? Or is the server I'm trying to create some hosting space on currently experiencing issues?

Ok, I'm now getting a message saying my username "team-uk" is already in use! But it's saying the name is teamuk :

Please igrone this message. Your Hosting Account is already created.
Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.
