Hello

Can I host two phpbb forums on my account? Also how do I create and download backups of my site?

Also when I try to access ticket area I get this message:

Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 172

Hello,

To access in the ticket area you must to login, to login use your forum username and password.

Yes I have done this and I have tickets in ticket area however I can not access them. I keep getting emails saying to respond to them but I do not know how too. In ticket list it says page 1 of 1 however there is no tickets there.

Can anyone help me with this please? :(

I can not access ticket area and I have user forum user name and password but I can not see the tickets.

Hi mike omar,

Your only ticket that was escalated to our private support area is from December 28, 2009. If you have not responded to the ticket since then, it will have been closed by now, as tickets are closed if they have no response for over 48 hours.

I recommend that if you are still having the same problem as addressed in your previous ticket, you should create a new ticket restating your problem, and it will be reescalated to an account manager.
