Hosting removed

For several months now, I have been hosting my site jonathanandleah.com under x10hosting.com. For the past week, the site has been down and my support requests have answered with: it will be fixed in the near future. I checked my account today and I no longer have any hosting on my account.

What happened to my website?

There does indeed seem to be something that is messed up.
Since we can not currently see a hosting with your forum account, could you please tell us your cPanel name and what domain you have so we can check further?

My hosting name is schonert. The x10hosting original name was jonathanandleah.x10hosting.com.

If nothing else, if I can just get jonathanandleah.com removed from that jonathanandleah.x10hosting.com account, I wouldn't mind that either. I have an advanced premium account that I'd just like to move it to so I don't have to worry about the free servers failing all the time.

How can I go about doing that?

You should be able to add it as a add-on domain, or parked domain through cPanel.
If you get any errors, post back here or open a ticket in clients area.

If you want it as your main domain, you need to open a ticket in clients area to request that change.

Heres my setup. I have two accounts. One which was free under the hosting name "schonert" which had jonathanandleah.com added to it under jonathanandleah.x10hosting.com.

My Premium account is under the email address "jschonert@gmail.com" and has the main domain of rockfordmatchday.com.

When I try to add jonathanandleah.com as an add-on domain to my premium account, it states:

Error from park wrapper: jonathanandleah.com is owned by another user.

The problem is I can't access my free account to remove jonathanandleah.com because my account says I do not have a hosting account.

I have temporarily redirected my jonathanandleah.com to another site. I still cannot access jonathanandleah.x10hosting.com. Under my Hosting Account panel, my Hosting account is not available anymore. It was available last week. This is my main complaint; not jonathanandleah.com.

My login is schonert for both my forum and my host account.
