Chopin has been decommissioned; your account would now be on Vox. Unfortunately, I can't log in to the account information system at the moment to give you any more information than that.

(...) your account would now be on Vox. (...)

Unfortunatelly these are the DNS records for "oricocanada.x10.mx":
Code:
oricocanada.x10.mx.	86400	IN	SOA	ns1.x10hosting.com. corey.x10hosting.com. 2012031600 86400 7200 3600000 86400
oricocanada.x10.mx.	86400	IN	A	69.175.104.34
oricocanada.x10.mx.	86400	IN	MX	0 oricocanada.x10.mx.
oricocanada.x10.mx.	86400	IN	NS	ns1.x10hosting.com.
oricocanada.x10.mx.	86400	IN	NS	ns2.x10hosting.com.
It still points to the IP of the "Chopin".

Additionally - even if you'll ignore DNS and you'll send HTTP request for "oricocanada.x10.mx" directly to either "Vox" or even "Absolut" or "Level" - no any valid webpage is served but just a redirection to "/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi".

So it looks like Buejay is in the same or similar situation to logansryche mentioned here - their accounts weren't properly (or not at all) transferred between the servers.

I created a ticket and eard nothing so far. The Wait feels like forever.
Is there anything that can escalate this issue?

No, you're in line with several other accounts. Support staff with sufficient access are aware of the issue and are working on it. The problem is that there are a lot more accounts than most users imagine, and if even a small percentage of them are having this issue, there's still a lot of work to do.
