I have been unable to access my website for days (seancooney.x10hosting.com) and when I went on there this evening I repeatedly run into a message stating that my hosting server is down.
The webpage at https://chopinnew.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
On a sidenote, I lost my remote access settings to ftp the html files from my computer. What host name do I use, and how do I determine what my user identifier is? I suppose this is info I can get once I am able to regain access to the control panel.
How can this be resolved?
Thank you.
