Do the uploaded files be immediately shown on my domain?? If not, how long does it takes??

Yes, in most cases, uploaded files will be immediately shown on your domain. If it previously did not exist and you tried accessing it, you may need to refresh or clear your browser cache.
However, if you just created an account or changed your domain, it might take several hours for it to get set up.
Right now, your site works fine, except it shows the default welcome page. Replace the index.html file in the public_html directory.
