Hosting space

I have signup for free hosting
but my space is limited to 512 MB
i read that limitation is 1024 MB
why this happen for my account?
can you increase my limitation?

Side note, your site currently doesn't qualify for the upgrade to unmetered as it fails to abide by our TOS, specifically the language restrictions.
