I was banned under "Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. A criminally fraudulent phishing site attempting to deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity was uploaded."
The site uploaded was not being used for any phishing or illegal services, but as a redirecting page on my computer.
I was wondering if I could be unsuspended.

Thank you for your time.

Generally it's a -bad- idea to upload a page that has most of its content copy+pasted from a major social networking site such as Facebook. That page also utilized their templates and logos without their written permission which would've made it illegal to host here on its own, hence the "deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity" in your suspension reason.

That page made the claim that it was a Facebook hosted page, when it wasn't. This isn't a suspension we can remove.

*Clarification: it -was- a Facebook hosted page when it was on facebook, but once it was on your home pc or on your hosting account, it wasn't, hence the suspension. It's NEVER a good idea to allow a site to claim one thing when another is happening.
