hosting suspended

my hosting was suspended for chat script, and its ok, i can remove the script with no problem anyway it was just a test for my own needs and not for use it at large. But its ok i can remove it no problem!

please reactive my hosting

Chatscripts are listed in the TOS and are generally zero tolerance because of how hard they hit the server. You will not be unsuspended.

hey i just want my files, you suspended my hosting for a script that never be used and its you choice and im ok with that but on the other side the other files was ok and i just want to get it

Hello,

If the script was never used it shouldn't have been there, you agreed to our rules when you first signed up so you can face the consequences.

In this case, it's loss of all files and a permanent suspension.

This is why you should always keep local backups.

lol you make me laugh... i face to consequence, i lost my hosting.... now i want my files, just MY files its not a big thing no??

We don't allow access to suspended accounts at all and we will not provide a backup of a suspended account at all.

ok soo, you mean my files are lost because my account is suspended, reactive it for 30 min i will take my files and you will put my account suspended again after... thats not a solution???

Come on... i brought some of my clients here who pay for a hosting plan, i use this account to show some design or concept to my clients. I found this hosting ok before... but come on... i m sure you can do something

Chatscripts are one of the few Violations that arn't violated on Premium. You can upgrade to premium and get your files moved over. Additionally with premium, x10 opens a ticket letting you know your violating the TOS without bringing your site down(assuming you respond quickly enough)
