Hello, I would like to request that the suspension currently placed on my hosting account be lifted. The suspension was placed on it automatically for high use, and even though it says that the suspension can be lifted immediately, it has now been about four hours.
I am hosting a wiki on the space, and am currently in the process of importing pages to the wiki. It is a result of these imports that so much cpu usage is coming from us. If the suspension is lifted, we will be sure to import the pages over a period of time (about a week), so that we don't cause another disruption of this sort. This is the second time we have been suspended within 24 hours, but it will not happen again.
