Hosting Suspension

Hi

Our site is constantly being suspended for CRON activity over the set limit. I've cut right back on CRON frequency but account is getting suspended on a daily basis. What is going on?

I've an open ticket LIH-424392 highlighting this but is not being attended to.

Please can you help?

do you have 2 crons? If you do and run 1 cron every 5 minutes, the crons could collide (like if 1 cron is every 5 min and one cron is every hour)
