hosting type error?

for some reason i'm seeing this when i log in:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

still looking for a little assistance/info. I have a free hosting account if that helps. i have no idea what's going on with the above message and how to fix. my site is not working as a result of it though. want to get resolved fast. thanks, dave

this is the server info i found on my ftp program log:

hello, i am still having this issue and am wondering how to fix it. am i going to need to start a new account, if so can i use same site and domain?
