Hosting Server lotus, does not assign me any space.
With the file manager it is not possible to create any folder or upload any file. On the attempt of perform any FTP operation it return the following error " ERROR: Could not create the folder "xxxx" in home/cta/public_html: home/cta/public_html Does not exist"; the main directory show the following "This directory is empty."
If you browse the main domain name the page error message is the following:
404 Error
The file or directory you have requested was not found on the server.
Common reasons for this error:
* Incorrectly spelt file or directory.
* The file or directory was removed.
Could you please review the account and fix this issue.
