i wanna make a website in albanian language is that allowed i wanna make it big and finaly i founded a good hosting ?!

You can make your website in Albanian language so long as you have an easy to find link to a complete and manual translation of your site in at least one of the required languages: English, Spanish, or French. Automatic translation scripts do not fulfill this requirement.

Please re-read my reply. I just told you that automatic translation scripts do not fulfill the language requirement. You must manually translate your site and have an easy to find link to the manual translation.
