Hosting Unsuspension

I don’t know it this is the right place, but my free account has been suspended and I’ve already requested an Unsuspension a few weeks ago with no response. I’ve already logged in and went to the forums but the account remains suspended. Could you please see if I have to do something else to unsuspended or if its just some kind of glitch.
