Hosting Unsuspension

Hi,

i tried to re-submit a hosting unsuspension request but would get the same error. It looks something like this:

Error
information
Unsuspension of your hosting account.
result
A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: 8CC8EC3F

Please advise. Thanks!

That error code translates to: Unsuspension called for a user that does not exist.

This means that the account has already been purged form the system, all accounts that has been suspended for more then 14 days are purged periodically. Your account was suspended on October 26th, which is more then 14 days ago.
