Our system which deals with suspensions is not working correctly at the moment, which explains your errors. I've tried to unsuspend you manually via our management system, but that gives an error too, whereas it would usually instantly unsuspend you.
All we can say at this stage is keep trying. We believe the errors are closely related to this:

Theoretically, a request should still be in the queue for you, so as soon as it comes back on it should automatically process it, but the system could be quite backed up, or the request could just return a failure.
You'll just have to wait on this one.
