Hosting username does not exist.

Hi,

I signed up yesterday for Ad-Free. I was in queu for 750 minutes. First I confirmed the email. Then I logged in at www.x10hosting.com/login with cgaming_, but then I get this error :dunno::
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

I used ccgaming for the hosting username, because cgaming already was in use. I thought it was because I was in the queu, so I tried again today, but I get the same as before! Is it because I'm still in the queu? It was around 6PM (GMT +1) when I signed up yesterday, so the 750 minutes are over?

Can anyone help me, please?
