Hosting won't allow me to remove my subdomain

i am currently trying to remove my sub domain / addon domain

the subdomain is flex369.flexshot.x10hosting.com

the main domain is takingovertheworld.info

im trying to remove it but it wont let me.... i tried removing the subdomain first

it says you have to remove addon first

then i remove addon and it says u have to remove subdomain first

I don't seem to see any records of subdomains, addon domains, or takingovertheworld.info. It's just the main domain which is flexshot.x10hosting.com.

So cPanel shows them and can't remove them? Can you copy/paste the error provided here?

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you do not control the domain takingovertheworld.info


when i try to remove sub domain..

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Sorry, the subdomain flex369 cannot be removed because it is linked to the addon domain takingovertheworld.info. You must first remove the addon domain.

I will escalate this to admins. They can help you with this problem. Please click the yellow bar at the top of this thread to view the support ticket.

Note: I don't recommend 'bumping' the support ticket as doing so will actually bring it to the bottom of the list as it is sorted by last response, causing the response time to be longer.
