All you need to do is make a new support request for account deletion, and then fill out and post the form from this thread http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/146160-account-deletions-policy-change.html.

It depends on how long the creation queue is. Since it's taking longer than usual, the queue must be longer than usual. If after 48-72 hours since you signed up your account still isn't created, then post back here to let us know.
