hi, im from romania and for unknown reson for me my hole country is banned by this site is there any hope to host myself ???

You would need to speak to Corey about having your IP allowed in the firewall, this hosting company, by default blocks certain countries from accessing the hosting, this is to prevent any chance at the site being comprimised from DDoS attacks and such. Just wait for Corey to read this, and let you know if he can add your IP to the firewalls allow list, if he doesn't read or reply within a few days, make another post called something like "IP allow request".
Then let him know the issue again.
