Hosttype not found

More importantly, what were you trying to log into?

I was trying to log into the x10 account page http://www.x10hosting.com/account but now It says that I should bring up the other topic :

"Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

So It cant find my hosting type, which is free, no-ads.
