Facebook won't let you add that because that isn't a picture, that's a webpage. You need to actually link the picture.


This is all a moot point since you were just suspended because your Data Bank subforum is violating copyright and violates the Warez section of the TOS for displaying the directions on how to install the warez you also were linking to. So it's not going to matter much that you weren't trying to hotlink it to Facebook.

Specifically the "links to" - you violated the TOS and were permanently suspended for it. That's about all there is to it, so you'll find it's now impossible to import the picture to Facebook because the site it's on is now permanently inaccessible.
