Hotlinkinking

Hello, sorry if I missed this answer somewhere else but I couldn't locate any rules about hotlinking. The image I'd like to hotlink is a 30 KB image of myself to use in signatures. Is this allowed? If not I can find other solutions just don't want to break any rules.

As far as I know you can hotlink, but it will count against your bandwidth.

just make sure you have a website running so you're not breaking the TOS

Also, I should add that you cannot use your account as an image uploader like tinypic.com but I do not see a problem with hosting your own personal signature.
