Hello, my site is www.invitarteonline.com and I'm using the mail service to send mail to my clients and some ISP like hotmail (not gmail though) is blocking my mails with a messagle like "550 SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. ". The outgoing host is outgoing.x10hosting.com but I'm sending from carangoe@invitarteonline.com

Please help me with this...

Thank you

Carolina Arango:(

I am having the same problem. Is there an eta for a fix?

I do not think there is a "fix" in the sense you are using.

When Hotmail decides that the x10 mail servers and subdomains are not spammers, they should lift the restrictions. I am sure Staff is doing everything they can to fix the problem from this end, but the ultimate decision is Hotmail's (or any other mail service that decides to filter out emails from specific servers/domains).
