Does hotmail block emails from x10hosting? I tried sending one there through the mail function but it didn't show up. It's not in the junk folder either.

The last I checked, Hotmail was permitting e-mails from x10Hosting. Make sure the e-mail address you're sending mail from actually exists on the hosting account or elsewhere.

Nope it is not working. Gmail and yahoo work.

I am using PHPmailer.
