how can i be unsuspended?

i am suspended, and even did hardly use the space. I requested to unsuspend, but it is still pending. What can i do to get unsuspended? Or do i have to look for an other space for my forum? please help me what to do, or to let me now i cant be unsuspended so i have to look for a new place. thanks, Debby Roorda

please one more question, to avoid to 'misuse' this good place in the future: i don't understand how i got so much activity on my (starting)forum with very low activity. Is it maybe i put a yourbb forum script there, and that's to much?
If so, i earned the suspension, even it was not on purpuse. And i have to change the forumscript for a lower one. Or if that will be possible when i get the payd option here there will be no risk so soon to go over the limit with this yourbb forumscript? This is a frendly question, so i understand when i get the primium service, i won't pay for the same suspended problem. ofcourse i will respect the reglement.
