How can i change the CNAME

Hello,

I am about to move my emails on my domain using google Apps so i need to change the CNAME, can anyone help me to configure that ?


google requests these two steps to be done

1- Find the CNAME settings and enter the following as the CNAME value or alias:

mail

2- Set the CNAME destination to the following address:

ghs.google.com
