yesterday I've first use this host and not familiar with the pannal
and do something wrong
and all the file was deleted through ftp

and I change main domain when want to change back,
it show a system error
and this domain cann't add to the host

http://ootv.x10hosting.com/ is working fine for me. Add your domain in the "Parked Domain" section of your cPanel and upload your files into public_html.

when I chane the domain's ns server to ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com
but also cann't visit my site

Yes, you have to change your nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and "Park" it and after 12-24 hours after the DNS resolves the site should work. What is the domain?

but the ftp and mail isn't there
and there is a problem when park domain ootv.tk,it show error

I don't think you need those folders and when you use the FTP and mail they should create the folders again. What error do you get when you park?
