What is the process to request additional storage space for my account?

the process is as follows.
-you must be using at least 75% of your current allotted disk space,
-your account must be at least 7 days old.
-do not have backups or compressed files stored on your free x10 service.
(all files must be used by your website)
staff will need to review your website/account before allowing the space increase
