How can I insert a script?

I probably sound stupid right now, but I have a script for a full website.. but I don't know how to..well, insert it/make the site.

This would depend on the script, and the installation that the script requires.
You could upload it via FTP or your cPanel File Manager.
3rd party scripts are not things we can provide official answers to.
