How can I make a site like this?

I read that the way to do something like this was to delete/not have/rename the index.php or index.html file and it'll show the directories like on this site.

Directory listings no longer show since the change over to Litespeed servers. http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/167750-litespeed-here-we-come.html You'll need to make actual webpages for your website to show your content.
