it means :Account just register ,when the state space has not yet opened

You have an account made. Just log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, then click on Login to cPanel to get to your cPanel.

Your domain name has the wrong nameservers set up. Go to http://www.dot.tk/ and delete all of the dot.tk nameservers, then add ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.10hosting.com instead. It might take up to 48-72 hours for the changes to complete.
