How Can I Reset Theme Back To Original?

I was changing my theme and ended up with a Paper Lantern theme now? Not sure how it happened, but I'm not unable to change it back. Has anybody had this issue?

Others have reported this issue at different times. If you do a search on the forum you may find the answer.

I had that same problem a year or two ago. An admin had to reset it for me.

I thought they discontinued the Paper Lantern theme.
