Question 1: How can I unsuspend my account: maromedias.x10hosting.com

Question 2: Will I need to login every time to the forum otherwise my account will be suspended (like earlier)?

Well, you have to post in the suspension forum (The one dedicated to suspensions that you apparently missed).

I unsuspended you since you have linked your account. You must login to the forum at least once every two weeks or you will be suspended again for inactivity.
