how can i upload a site i made through frontpage 2003?

It says this when i try to install the extension:
Error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "srm.conf". Please check the file permissions.
Setting Password
Frontpage passthough auth enabled in /home/danners/public_html!
Frontpage was installed on the following domains: onelinkmoviez.x10.mx



please help!

Upload it manually through FTP or the file manager in cPanel. It's just copy and paste
