how can i used share SSL

but when i open this url, the web is unable to open!

Https://starka.x10hosting.com/~daili/ should do the trick.

You can only use shared ssl with https://server.x10hosting.com/~username
(Replace server with your servername, and username with your cpanel username.)
Strangely enough, this doesn't work for starka, but seems to work for other servers.

We do not move accounts to different servers.

Also, I thought SSL wasn't enabled in free hosting?

True, it doesn't work on starka, but it does on chopin. I escalated a post from dailia as well some time ago for the starka ssl not working not so long ago.
